Partial refunds may be issued only if delays or cancellations are caused by Express Logistic Way Ltd and not due to external factors such as weather, customs delays, or incorrect documentation.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
Customs fees, storage charges, permits, and third-party expenses already incurred are non-refundable.
Payments for special handling of live animals, crates, or veterinary checks are non-refundable once services are rendered.

Proven negligence by our handlers or team
Missed delivery or incorrect destination caused solely by us

The customer provides incorrect information (e.g., destination address, pet documentation, health certificates)
The animal is rejected due to failed health checks or missing paperwork
Delays caused by airline restrictions or government regulations outside our control
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.
