🚚 Logistics & Freight Services

1. Service Cancellation (Before Dispatch):

  • You may cancel a logistics order at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup or shipment.

  • Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.

2. Late Cancellation (After Dispatch):

  • Once your shipment has been picked up or dispatched, it is no longer eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial refunds may be issued only if delays or cancellations are caused by Express Logistic Way Ltd and not due to external factors such as weather, customs delays, or incorrect documentation.

3. Non-Refundable Services:

  • Customs fees, storage charges, permits, and third-party expenses already incurred are non-refundable.

  • Payments for special handling of live animals, crates, or veterinary checks are non-refundable once services are rendered.


🐾 Pet & Animal Transport

1. Refund Eligibility:
Due to the sensitive nature of live animal shipping, refunds are handled with extra care and case-by-case evaluation. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • Proven negligence by our handlers or team

  • Missed delivery or incorrect destination caused solely by us

  • Cancellation requested at least 48 hours prior to transport

2. No Refunds If:

  • The customer provides incorrect information (e.g., destination address, pet documentation, health certificates)

  • The animal is rejected due to failed health checks or missing paperwork

  • Delays caused by airline restrictions or government regulations outside our control


💸 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.
